Returns & Exchanges
At Social Goods, we want you to love your purchase, but if it's not a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your drop-off receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
